CALLING ALL SOCIAL WORKERS IN #LEBANON: HELP! A young boy (approx 8 yro) has been spotted under the same bridge for 3 days now, throughout the day and evening time. Yesterday he was crying. We need the name of an association/organization/individual who can help please. My friend has been driving by with no way to stop under the bridge. If a professional rescue worker or a social worker for the displaced could intervene to at least find out if thst child is there alone or if someone picks him up at night and drops him off in the morning and more importantly if he is distress and need help. THANKS!!
