One of the tactics the CIA uses is to make you think that they are everywhere, and that you cannot escape them. I think this is why the symbolism is placed everywhere with this Illuminati as well. People dont have to know what they are doing to be mind controlled into flashing hand signs or designing things with Illuminati symbolism on it, especially when they dont have a clue what the symbols mean. They wont even know that they just made millions of people think that they work for the Illuminati.
