CALLING ARTISTS & ARCHITECTS! Today Socrates Sculpture Park is pleased to announce two new opportunities for grants and exhibitions here at the park. The deadline for both programs is Jan 12, 2015. 1. EAF15: Celebrating 15 Years! Socrates Sculpture Park is now accepting proposals for EAF15: the 15th Annual Emerging Artist Fellowship, a residency & exhibition that awards 15 artists a $5,000 production grant, studio residency, and the opportunity to produce and exhibit a large scale site-specific sculpture or installation in the park. 2. Folly 2015 Socrates Sculpture Park, in partnership with the Architectural League of New York, is now accepting proposals for Folly 2015, an annual opportunity that selects one architect or designer for a $5,000 production grant to develop, build and exhibit a full-scale project around the theme of an architectural folly.
