CAN YOU HELP US? We have been trying like mad to keep the foundation going. Sadly, no donations are coming in and the number of sales from our store is down to almost zero. While we have added a gazillion new items and feature gift items that you will hardly ever see online, there has been no improvement. We are not throwing in the towel just yet, but must admit it has become quite self-defeating. Our latest grant recipient, who needs our help, is Patricia Greenburg (https://facebook/patricia.greenburg.5). She contacted us about her beloved Leader Dog, Kela, a 7yo black lab that has been raised and trained at the Leader Dog School in Rochester, Michigan. They have been a successful working team for 4 years, Patricia being legally blind. Financial aid that we could supply would cover the surgical costs/followup for the mast cell tumors recently found. Folks dont often have money to make a donation but all of us dog lovers spend oodles on dog supplies, toys, treats, gifts, etc. Think about making such a purchase today.
