CANDIDATES NIGHT IS THURSDAY: The candidates for three available seats on the Winters City Council will participate in a Candidates Night forum on Thursday, May 15, 7-8:30 p.m., at City Hall. The candidates are incumbents Cecilia Aguiar-Curry, Harold Anderson and Bruce Guelden, and Winters Planning Commission member Pierre Neu. There will be a brief introduction and statement from each candidate, and the remainder of the evening will consist of questions from the public. The public may direct questions to a particular candidate or all four. Each candidate will be limited to one minute for his or her response. All four submitted candidate’s statements to the Winters Express, which were published in the May 8 edition. The Candidates Night is co-sponsored by the Winters Express and the Winters Chamber of Commerce.
