The Person: • Someone who can link the Credit Union vision and strategy with the daily priorities of a Personal Banker. • Outbound networker • Solid financial planning expertise Position Description: As a Personal Banker, you will assist in the achievement of individual and team sales objectives and related activities to achieve a high standard of operational effectiveness, superior member experience and optimal sales performance (profitable new business acquisition and retention). This position is also responsible for assisting the achievement of high impact service delivery within the business unit; ensuring superior member care is delivered in consideration of local market conditions. This role will develop relationships with sales and service partners (Internal & External) to ensure the operation of the business unit and optimal member satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Actively growing and retain the member base within the branch. • Developing skills and confidence to obtain the knowledge and expertise to identify member needs and generate quality leads. • Building yourself as a center of influence in your community. • Consistently improving business unit revenues and profitability. • Following processes and controls to manage risk and protect Credit Union interests.
