CARNARVON GORGE, Qld! Stunning! From the sunset stories of the Kenniff Bros escapades from Olivia and Bruce of Bandana Station (and the beautiful serenade from Bruce) to Wards Canyon, the Cathedral Cave, Art Gallery of ancient Aborigine traditions, Amphitheatre, Moss Garden, Big Bend, Rock Pool and spectacular Boolimba Bluff - every day was amazing. Takarakka Bush Resort, complete with campsite buddies (wallabies, kangaroos, Batons and platypus) was well equipped to cater for all kinds of camping (or glamping) - we tented it, but the hot shower and camp kitchen facilities helped us relax after big walks with young children - and they loved every second! 7 days was JUST RIGHT!
