CASEY KASEM NEWS….The voice of American Top 40 and several legendary cartoon characters is in critical yet stable condition with Lewy’s Syndrome – an advanced form of Alzheimer’s disease. The children from his first marriage should have been allowed to intervene much earlier, IMHO. Casey’s wife, Jean Kasem, did him no favors in having her husband removed from the hospital and should have been more diligent on making sure he received proper care. Keeping him isolated from his older children and even his brother didn’t help matters, either. Good that daughter, Kerri Kasem, was appointed by the courts to oversee his health matters.
