CAVE OF HIRA On Sunday 20-04-14 some of the brothers went to climb the mountain of noor, after esha salah in the haram of Makkah. Mountain of noor is where the cave of hira is located, at the top of the mountain. This is the cave in which the prophet Muhammad (sallahu alihi wasallam) began to receive the final revelations, the Quran. The previous day on Saturday 19-04-14, a few brothers took a taxi back to Madinah to send farewell salutations on prophet (sallahu alihi wasallam) and then returned back to Makkah
