#CEBAdvisory: As of September 4, 2014; 8:30PM Please be advised that the MIAA has just announced that operations at the NAIA Terminal 3 will not allow aircraft landings from 12:00AM to 5:00AM of September 6, 2014, to make way for urgent runway repairs. Due to limited runway operations, Cebu Pacific flights arriving within this time frame will be delayed. There may also be consequential flight delays throughout the day.
