CEO Doda once again in News....................... Allegation of violating orders regarding up-gradation of School KULDEEP MANHAS BHADARWAH OCT 4:--- Besides bungling in posting n adjustment of newly promoted master grades, attachments of RET teachers CEO office Doda have violated all the norms and disrespect the govt as well as directions of Commissioner Secretary Education and Director school Education Jammu . Its pertinent to mention here that CEO office Doda is only the office and district Doda is only the district where RET posts are not being advertised in rural areas as per govt. order no.522 due to unknown reasons moreover 49 schools were proposed to upgrade by govt in district Doda during the year 2012-13 but not even a single school has been upgraded by CEO Doda & now on 31st.October secretary Education has strictly instructed C.E.O Doda in Education review meeting at DC office Doda to upgrade the schools & made advertisement of 3 no. of posts in each newly upgraded school within months time even the selection process should be completed. The concerned officials of CEO office Doda are misusing this order by violating all the norms while upgrading the schools for their self interests. Various Associations has demanded CBI enquiry in the matter of delay in up gradation & then violating norms. A hue and cry is every where in gen public as CEO Doda for his personal interests is playing with the carrier of hundreds of un-employed educated youths of district Doda & thousands of students as well. Through this information deputy commissioner Doda & higher authorities are being informed about the situation because the problem craters are only those teaching faculty members who are working in CEO office instead of schools from last more then 10 years
