CFLR, Inc. will be offering an Aggression Reduction Group for children and adolescents aged 10 to 18, at Utica Office. The purpose of this group is to help children and adolescents recognize that there are healthier copings skills, which can be used; instead of restoring to physical or verbal aggression. Topics that will be addressed include: self-esteem, the consequences of aggression, property destruction, positive coping skills and the explanation of how our emotions can affect our level of aggression & behavior.
