CHAMPIONS 4 EVERYDAY LIFE A CHAT WITH THE BEST TEACHER IN THE WORLD...GET THE DETAILS I think the teaching profession contribute more to the future of our society than any other single profession. JOHN WOODEN Lets face the fact in reality, teachers today are not given the recognition they should have. Thats one of the primary reason the ongoing strike in Nigeria which is now in its climax is yet to be resloved. The teaching profession is one of the five fold ministry God gave for the upliftment of the church which is you. About a month ago I was with one of my mentors. We were discusssing some few things, at a point she told me her experience with the best teacher in the world. Shes actually a teacher in one of the best secondary school in Abia state teaching on the subject Mathematics (hmmmm that subject self). She said there was the period she wanted to teach the students the topic Calculus but she wanted a way to understand one part of the calculus which has been a problem to both students and teachers. Teachers dont even seem to comprehend much of that topic so they always teach it perfunctory but in her case she wanted to make a difference and sow into the lives of her students. She went into deep study of the calculus but it seems the simple steps to the answer was eluding her. One day she told me, she had a chat with the best teacher and He said to her, why dont you allow me to teach you. That day she said she spoke in tongues for about 30 minutes and after that, that the Holy Spirit taught her under 15 minutes what it took her about 5days but couldnt still get the answer. One of her last words before she left this country for her Masters in The U.K was, when you get back to school and want to read, first of all speak in tongues for about 20 minutes or there about and you will see that your brain will open up and the best teacher will teach you and remind you all things. Hmmmm I just revealed one of my major secrets (dont miss tomorrows devotional for one more secret I use that I aslo learnt from somebody which might be a help). Have you recongised the presence of the best teacher in your life. Dont act like some group of people failing to recognise the worth of teachers in Nigeria. The scripture said in John 14:26 but the helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, He will TEACH you all things and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you. I will end by pointing out the words of Joseph Smith Jnr, He said, The best way to obtain truth and wisdom is not to ask from books but to go to God in prayer and obtain divine teaching. Who do you consider your best teacher? Have you recongised the presence of the Holy Spirit or do you want Him to be on strike until you do so. Make good use of what you have.
