The Bendigo Bank Nepean Football Netball League Football Preliminary Final and Netball Grand Final has had a venue change due to the Somerville Recreation Reserve surface being unavailable to stage football games. The decision to change the venue has come out of an inspection of the Somerville Recreation Reserve this morning, PCN Sports Alliance Chief Executive Jeff Jones said “the condition of the playing surface has left us with no other option than to transfer the game to another venue, as Hastings would already be preparing to stage next weekend’s Grand Final and have a number of things place we have decided to play all matches at Hastings this weekend.” “The week 3 finals schedule that was released earlier in the week detailing match times, radio broadcasting, live scores and social media updates will remain the same it’s just the venue has changed” Jones said.
