CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS - IF YOU ARE OVER WEIGHT NOW IS THE TIME TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT - ZEAL WEIGHT MANAGEMENT CAN HELP - AND THE RIGHT MOTIVATION AND INFORMATION!! I am going to post information all weekend about weight loss and getting healthy - so here is very good advice and admonition from my nephew, Daniel, works in a hospital..and shared this comment with our daughter, Jess, this week on FB: Postmen actually do have better cardiovascular health than many their age. Whales have adapted to below freezing ocean water temps by holding on to that fat for survival only. Rabbits hibernate many months out of the year and are not as active as one might think. Tortoises survive many years on a vegetarian diet so they dont need exercise! Nevertheless they can travel some pretty insane distances at sea. Even with all that said, being fat and lazy is the worst way to live life! It sucks! Just ask some of the patients I see almost everyday that are rotting in a bed at barely 50 years of age at 350 lbs. due to a lack of proper nutrition and exercise. FUN FACT: Exercise is the ONLY natural thing that promotes collateral circulation in vascular beds that can slow down or even reverse Peripheral Vascular Disease (hardening of the arteries). AND think of all the things you couldnt do if you were fat and weak! You couldnt tie your own shoe, run away from a rapist, or fight off a swarm of rabid squirrels! HAHA!
