CHARGES DISMISSED: A summary charge of animal cruelty was withdrawn against a Gallitzin Borough. Jennys Will said she was caring for her neighbors dog, Favre, when he was taken by a humane officer from another county. Local police said they called the officer for help after finding the dog neglected, covered in vomit and feces.
