Finished on the chargrill and brushed with our trademark glaze. Jacob’s Ladder Braised beef short ribs, gently smoked and soaked in a rich treacle cured and oak-smoked pancetta sauce. Winner Winner Chicken Dinner ½ or whole (best shared) free range, corn-fed chicken cooked spatchcock in the oven until tender and juicy, then finished on our chargrill.
