CHICKEN SAGA: so I just went to the coop to check on hens and chicks and there is a lot of peeping going on and hens nests are pretty close to each other so now after all the eggs hatch there will be an argument of who get which chick. I have one hen that never is able to sit the full time so she co-sits and then helps raise the babies. That way she can go outside and eat, drink and walk around then when she feels like it go back to the nest. She is a dedicated and responsible mother after they are hatched. hahaahaa
