CHIFFON CHEESE CAKE ING... 8 large eggs 2cups cake flour 2 teaspoon baking powder 2 cup sugar (1 cup for egg white and 1cup for egg yolk) 3/4 cup royal orange or fanta 3/4 cup cooking oil 1teaspoon cream of tartar ICING ing 1 cup powdered milk 1/2 small can condense milk u may add few drops of evap milk if too dry 1 butter room temperature or soften Grated cheese Procedure: Separate po natn ang egg yolk.sa egg white EGG YOLK Mix together all the dry ing. And mix with the fanta and oil. Beat the egg yolk then add alternately with the batter,mix well po EGG WHITE Beat egg white till foamy then add the cream of tartar and 1cup of sugar gradually mix well until foamy. Fold in egg yolk and egg white mixture. Then put on a baking pan Pre heat oven and bake it for 30 to 45 min in 170c. Let it cool then put icing.... Icing procedure: Beat the butter until soft then add po ung condense milk beat it again until creamy then gradually add the powdered milk... Beat it again until fully mix... Then u may spread it on ur cake... Sprinkle it with ur favorite cheese then hola serve it.... Enjoy it......
