CHINESE ORGANIZED CRIMINALS AND PEDOPHILES STILL RIPPING OFF CAESARS WINDSOR. Chinese organized criminals and pedophiles are still ripping off Caesars Windsor throughout the Christmas season. On Christmas morning 6AM I witnessed them ripping off the Mini-Baccara game, yet again. The player bet won by a 3:1 margin, on average, for the duration of the shoe. At some points the player bet was winning by a 5:1 ratio. Yesterday, the 27th, at 5:00PM I saw the crooks boldly ripping off the Mini-Baccara game once again at a galling 5:1 ratio for the player bet! The table was thronged with people yelling and hooting as their cheated bets won them oodles of cash. The casino lost so many chips they had to bring in a fresh batch to replace the ones that they were being cheated out of. Next the baby-faced pedophile, who I witnessed ripping of Caesars Windsors roulette game a couple of weeks ago, was back wearing a garish Caribbean shirt. He was playing it cool, not cheating this time pretending that he had lucked out the previous time I saw him. Allegedly, this guy raped a 5 year-old boy. What kind of world do these guys inhabit where you can rape children and pluck money from other peoples trees like apples --all with no consequences... Now for the worst news...Chinese organized criminals are able to rip-off the casinos electronic games....Previously I had though that these organized criminals only extorted money from games where dealers --who they could intimidate and terrorize-- were present. I was wrong. It was previously alleged to me that the Chinese organized criminals were ripping off the electronic games as well as the casino table games but I had no evidence for the latter. After observing the video poker games last night now I do. I used to play video poker because I enjoyed it but I stopped because it was virtually impossible to win any money on these machines. You put your money in and watch it steadily decline to zero. I watched some other people playing video poker yesterday to see if they did any better than I historically did. One woman started with $300 and within 15 minutes it was all gone on her machine. Another woman, likewise, saw her $300 decline to zero within minutes. I thought they were just like me and I questioned why anyone would play these games at this point. Then I observed another woman playing video poker who was doing better than the rest. She started at $700. Within 15 minutes she was down to $350 betting $5 a play. Normal for video poker I thought. Then all of a sudden she started winning big time. Within five minutes she made her way back up to $700! I thought: How rare! Then, only seeing the womans back, I wondered if she was Chinese and she turned around and I noticed that she indeed was. I continued to watch her play. After another few minutes she was up to $1200! I had never witness anyone effectively double their money on video poker. She played for the next 40 minutes and in that time her credits fluctuated very little, basically staying around $1100. Some Chinese noticed I was a little too observant of this winning video poker lady and began their typical tactic of trying to block my view. The womans organized crime ring-leader --a squishy-faced Chinese pedophile-- unnerved that I was observing this woman play then went over to the womans machine and pressed the call attendant button, shutting her down from any more winning. The attendant placed an out-of-order sign on the machine and they walked away until, I figured, that I was not able to watch the scam and then would, once again, proceed to rip-off the video poker machine. This Chinese mafia pedophile and his co-horts were allegedly from the USA and allegedly were recently pulling the same scam in casinos on the United States side of the border, He had a multi-coloured sweater on and was in his 50s or 60s. They played the video poker machines by the wall near the High Limits casino room. One of his male co-horts in a red winter jacket is allegedly a serial rapist. So there you go. Word around the criminal community is that Caesars Windsor is soft on cheats and so it now attracts them from the USA to abscond with the casinos funds. Caesars Windsor might just as well post a sign outside stating: COME RIP US OFF NOTHING WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. Just how were the Chinese organized criminals able to rig an electronic machine to their advantage I wondered. Well, there is no shortage of electronic casino game scams described on the internet. However, my hypothesis about this particular scam doesnt seem to be described on the web. Therefore, the next part of this essay is pure speculation but it is alleged that the electronic game casino reward card readers facilitate the previously mentioned scam. Allegedly, the card readers are made (likely due to organized criminals working inside the casino) to be able to differentiate between scammers and regular casino patrons, most likely by the name of the casino rewards card player. Thus, we have to look at the possibility that Chinese organized criminals --and perhaps all Chinese in general-- are given preferential winning priority on the electronic games in casinos due to computer programming viruses planted on the machines which can differentiate between Chinese and other names and pay-off the Chinese organized criminals to a much greater extent than regular casino customers. All this is another example of how we are being ripped-off by the Peoples Republic of China and their organized criminals who are sent into the west to extort billions of dollars from the western democracies. We have lost our manufacturing sector to China. We are losing our human rights due to the totalitarian tactics of Chinese organized criminals and we are losing billions of dollars to them in scams designed to make off with our wealth. Even ordinary gamblers cant get a fair shake in their tenuous endeavours due to Chinese mafia corruption of our society. We must launch a crimes-against-humanity trial against the PRC immediately if we are to salvage our western standard of living which is being directly threatened by Chinese mafia and the Chinese government.
