CHOC BANANA BALLS: Heres a great way to transform 2 very ripe bananas you probably wont eat into a yummy healthy snack youll love :) Ingredients: 2 cups of raw almonds 2 very ripe bananas 2 cups of medjool dates 1/2 a cup of ground flaxseed 4 tablespoons of raw cacao powder 3 tablespoons of chia seeds Method: Blend the almonds in your food processor for a minute or two then gradually add the pitted dates, peeled bananas, flax, cacao and chia as the mix continues to blend-mixture should be smooth and sticky. Teaspoon out the dough, then roll it in your hands to form a ball. Roll each ball in raw shredded coconut, chopped nuts, or for those chocolate lovers, raw cacao nibs. Place on a plate and store in the fridge for a couple of hours :)
