CHOICES OVER CIRCUMSTANCES If you dont like the kind of life youre living, then change your choices. Your life is shaped by each choice you make, it can only look ugly, if the choices made are ugly; with every wise choice comes a beautiful life. Power over lifes circumstances has been given to you. In Acts 1:8, Jesus said, But ye shall receive POWER, after the Holy Ghost is come upon you... If you have received the Holy Spirit, you should know that you have power - the Holy Spirit brought heavens dynamite with Him in you. The Greek word is Dunamis - the dynamic ability to effect or to cause changes. Having received dunamis, you can CHOOSE to change the circumstances of your life, altering them to suit you. Dont say I have no choice, of course you do! Power gives you choices over circumstances. If you dont like what your life is becoming, you have the power to change it. Choose to change! You alone are responsible for the choices you make, and thus, for the life you live. There is no excuse. There is not another soul to blame but you. The day youll accept this responsibility is the day youll start winning. So many Christians have a victim mentality; they have adopted the belief that whatever will be, will be - they think life just happens, and all they can do is react to what happens, what they dont know is that they not only can change what happens, they can choose what happens. If you dont choose what happens, life and outside influences will choose for you. Dont let negative circumstances and negative people make choices for you. Allowing them to make your choices for you allows them to create your world. Dont subjugate yourself to their negativism. If your world is falling apart, or it is being covered with darkness and unpleasant things, YOU CAN RECREATE IT! Though life is composed of our choices, it is constructed by our words. To change your present circumstances, you must change your words. Using your words you can recreate your world. The Bible tells us that Gods world was a chaotic mass in the beginning and God, having power over circumstances, chose to do something about it - He recreated it with His word. Through faith we understand that the worlds were FRAMED BY THE WORD OF GOD, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear. (Hebrews 11:3) As God is, so are you in this world (1 John 4:17), you have His dunamis - the same kind of power He used to recreate His world. With your faith filled words (Mark 11:23), you can recreate your world. You can speak into the bin the things you dont want to keep, and into being the things you want. The Lord showed me that our words have creative ability just like His some few years ago, when He had me minister to a lady who had broken bones in front of a live audience, He told me to recreate them by speaking new ones into existence, and when I did, not only did the young lady walk, she ran - she received new bones. Ever since, I have been seeing creative and recreative miracles of every kind... Why complain when you are the one with the power? Complaining is a great obstacle to reigning. Those who complain dont reign, and those who reign dont complain. What you confess is what you chose to keep. You life cant raise above your confession. Life (health, promotion, prosperity, success, victory...) and death (sickness, demotion, poverty, failure, regression... is in the power of the tongue (Provers 18:21). ...choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live. (Deuteronomy 30:19). Jesus said you can speak to any thing you dont like in your life and command it to be uprooted, and nothing would be impossible to you if you do it by faith (Matthew 17:20). When are you going to take the Masters words seriously? I admonish you to start today. You have the God kind of power, therefore, you have choices over circumstances. CAUSE CHANGES!
