CHRISTIANITY ENTAILS LOVE MOTIVATED GIVING And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor,and though i give my body to be burned, and have not charity,it profiteth me nothing-1 Cor 13:3 Believing this verse should not be a struggle when we look at the boko haram people- some of them engage in suicide bombing(giving their body to be burned) and have not love! Believers likewise give out of compulsion,need,pity,lust and few give out of love. Even though its possible for us to give without loving,its impossible to love without giving!-2 cor 8:8. God also exemplified this by giving Jesus (Jn 3:16).That GIVING is a proof of my love for my God,church,family,friends and even enemies.And to these people God wants us to give ourselves,time,money,attention,property etc.Since we will always have atleast one of these groups around us,Believers ought to be giving something at every time (t).LOVE should be the motive of your GIVING and GIVING should be the PROOF of your LOVE.Someone is saying what if im alone? You can never be alone atleast God will be there,so be giving WORSHIP!
