CHRISTIANS ARE VICTORIOUS IN ALL SITUATIONS In all situations, the children of God will be able to rejoice and praise God. - Will we praise God and give thanks when it is a hot day, and will we complain? - Will we praise Him when it rains the whole day and we find it difficult to go out of the house? Habakkuk 3:17-18 - Though the fig tree does not bud and there are no grapes on the vines, - though the olive crop fails and the fields produce no food, - though there are no sheep in the pen and no cattle in the stalls, - yet I will rejoice in the Lord, - I will be joyful in God my Savior. Jesus did not promise our situation will be smooth-sailing. But He has promised that we who bear the Holy Spirit in us will overcome all things in all situation, good or bad. John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” Nobody can separate us from the love of God. Romans 8:35,37-39 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword? No, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him who loved us. For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:31 What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
