CHRISTMAS...(Christ birthdate or Winter Solstice?) Ive always wondered about the accuracy of Christs birthdate...he was born about 2000+ yrs ago and christmas wasnt celebrated until about some centuries ago. Christmas was actually Winter Solstice before and why I dont wanna sound pessimistic or a mood dampener...I just cant stop wondering about the coincidence of the date being 7days before the new year. I honestly cant bear to think that the birthdate of the Greatest individual that ever lived is not accurate.(Maybe if I could ask an angel; probably??) We all know that the present calendar being used now has been re-structured over time and others like the mayan calendar are much more complex and different. Anyway, Im JƱڪτ̲̅ gonna accept it as it is for now (on the faith that the calculations of the old Church were accurate) and enjoy the celebrations and fervour in christmas!!!
