CHUCK & BUNG LASAGNE 700g jar red tomato pasta sauce - Ragu/Dolmio or similar 700g jar white Lasagne sauce packet dried lasagne sheets handful of mushrooms 2 cloves garlic 1 onion 500g pack mince Cheese to grate on top This is a very quick & easy lasagne recipe with all the ‘meat sauce’ ingredients mixed together raw & layered with the pasta & then topped with the white sauce & cheese. The recipe can easily be varied by the addition of different ingredients & you can also make up your own tomato sauce & béchamel sauce if you so wish – however, the objective here is ease & speed! Lasagne is a traditional Italian peasant dish so the layers of meat are supposed to be thin, unlike how we often do it in this country. Cheese sauce just goes on top only. Bake for 40mins at 180.
