CHURCH!! Has God cast away Israel? Has God replaced the Jewish People with the Church? Paul clearly states; God forbid! Paul declares Im also an Israelite. Im of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. Then he says a second time, By the mouth of two or three witnesses, or confessions, God has not cast away His People, the apple of His eye whom He foreknew. Paul looks out, points at himself and says; Im an Israelite, Im a Jew! Im a Hebrew! Im saved, I know my Messiah. I Paul am Proof that God is not finished with His People. If He was, I wouldnt be writing to you. In Gods foreknowledge, it was always His plan that through their rejection, (the Jewish People) because it was to the Jew first, the Gospel has now spread to the Gentile. BUT there is a connection here, do not miss it, There is a Responsibility, or, if you will, a debt we the Church have. We have been called into the Kingdom of God with a very specific purpose: To provoke the Jews to jealousy. We Church have a sense of destiny we should be and Must be demonstrating. The Gospel is not only in word, but also in deed, and our Jewish Brothers and Sisters need to be drawn and provoked, because we, (Church) have a living relationship with the very God, (I Am) they are Ordained to know in the same way.
