Location: lajpat nagar 4, 1km away from moolchand metro station in the purple line... super close to lajpat nagar central market, other nice places in south delhi and one jump away from Noida Rent: 7,000 Rs Deposit: 7,000 Rs Facilities: hight speed internet, a maid who cleans 6 days a week, all kitchen utilities (refrigerator, oven, stove, blender, that shit to make sandwiches etc.) laundry machine, A/C and a huuuge terrace for having some beers and a double terrace to… not my business Monthly we give to the landlord a cuote of 500 rs per person for the regular water and between drinking water, electricity, internet and maid its not more than 3,000 rs per person per month .... Cool fact: It is a two floors independent flats, in the second floor we are a french, a polish, a canadian and a Mexican (the available space is here).... in third floor we have one dutch guy, a girl from morocco a Brazilian and a colombian girl.... so you will always get someone there to do stuff like roaming around or have some *happy drinks* ... each floor has its own kitchen and each room has A/C and its own washroom.... In case you didn’t read properly, I say it again: THIS IS JUST FOR EXPATS.
