CIRCUITS FOR GIRLS Repeat each circuit for 3 rounds with no rest between exercises and 1 minute rest between circuits. These circuits hit every muscle in your body. By doing exercises back to back youll keep the workout short, intense and it ensures your heart rate stays high so you burn those calories! Feel free to mix and match exercises to keep it interesting for you! Circuit A: -12 dumbbell shoulder press with twist at the bottom (this adds more tension onto the shoulder working it more) -12 lateral raises -12 upright row (used a kettlebell in the video, concentrate on raising elbows up toward your ears and the weight towards your chin) Circuit B: -12 cable lunge to row (12 on each leg) -12 straight arm pull downs -15 tricep extension Circuit C: -12 chest press machine -plank position on bosu and bring your knee up to the opposite elbow for 20 reps
