CLAIMS ASSISTANT (Shared Service Centre) wanted ASAP! Permanent job in a MNC located in Kuala Lumpur. Key Responsibilities : -Registration, Processing and Adjudication of claims from beginning to end within turnaround time -Compute claims settlement and verify reimbursements from insurers are correct -Diligently monitor and follow-up on unsettled claims with insurers and/or outstanding information from clients -Some interactions with clients and insurers on non-advisory matters. Technical & Compliance : -Ensure work practices adhere procedures -Exercise strong adherence to compliance standards, both internal and external regulations -Ensure service delivery meets SLA requirements -Fulfill KPIs as assigned -Monitor personal quality and productivity -Ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Manager , as defined by SLAs -Support quality and productivity initiatives -Fluent in English & BM (spoken & written).
