A vehicle equipped with this unit Receives signals from the GPS satellites. The GPS receiver determines the vehicle’s current location, speed and direction it is heading. This data can be stored or directly transmitted to an operating centre. The current location can be displayed on a computer or phone in digital maps i.e. Google Earth or Google Maps.
