[CN: transphobia, homophobia] The dude in the row ahead of me spent most of the flight (at least the part when I was awake) talking about the Obamas. He thinks that Michelle Obama is actually a man because womens shoulder width is 2.5x the size of their heads, while mens is 3x the size of their heads. Her arms have too many muscles [sic] to be those of a woman, too. Millions of websites and a scientific study prove this, he asserted. Also, he said that Obama had 3 friends who would have attested to his gayness but they disappeared when he rose in politics. The worst part? I just googled it and hes not alone. Its a Thing among conservatives to believe POTUS is gay and FLOTUS is a trans woman. The best part? When asked in an interview why it matters, one of the conspiracy theorists claimed that it was because it makes them liars and hypocrites for hiding the truth, not because being trans or gay is bad. Even conservatives know that yelling gay! or trans! isnt much of a valid criticism anymore.
