They were broadcasting over satellite, which does not CUT out the feed during commercials, and on this unedited feed, you can see how they talk about how they are faking themselves being in Saudi Arabia. They even discuss using fake gun noises...and the reporter actually has his stage hand come in off set, to hand him a hamburger...
