And he’ll challenge the Columbus community to further innovate its school when he headlines the Columbus Urban League 2014 Empowerment Day celebration next week. “As an education reformer, Dr. Perry has distinguished himself in his own entrepreneurial endeavors and his blunt, no-nonsense approach to education for our urban children,” said Stephanie Hightower, President and CEO of the Columbus Urban League. “Dr. Perry is leading a call for everyone to take a role in ensuring that all children read and learn.
