COMCAST, you absolutely suck!! During the first week of June 2013, I notified a seemingly nice but seriously inept COMCAST representative of my intent to close my business on Street RD in Bensalem on or around July 3, 2013, and relocate to my home office. I specifically told this individual that, up until then, I was very happy with the Phone/Internet service they were providing and even though my home was currently wired with Verizon Fios, I was perfectly happy to retain COMCAST for my business needs. This so-called COMCAST rep screwed up numerous times, and when a tech finally showed up at my home during the third week of July, he had to cancel the installation due to all the errors on his work order: wrong address, wrong phone number, etc. Trying to be helpful, he put me in contact with a new (and equally as inept) local sales rep who promised quick action! She seemed, at first, to understand my dilemma and tried to make things happen - ultimately, all that she provided was lip-service. It was finally mid-August that my new service was up and running at my home office. It should be noted that during this 6 + week fiasco, I was completely without phone service! Okay, so phone service is restored and internet is connected - now, I start getting dual statements - 1 for the service at home and 1 for the service at Street Rd which their band of idiots neglected to terminate! On October 9, I connected another individual who supposedly specializes in disconnects and forwarded to her all pertinent correspondence, explaining my frustration. She never acknowledged receipt of the email attachments, so I doubled down with faxes - still no response. I figured she had done the right thing and sorted things out for me, but lo and behold I get a new statement in the mail today for $500 OVERDUE ON THE STREET RD ACCOUNT - you got a lot of morons working for you Brian Roberts!
