LAUGH 4 A CAUSE COMEDY SHOW BENEFIT FOR CHRIS FALZONE June 13th Middletown High School North Doors open at 7pm; Comedy show starts at 7:30 pm $20 / Ticket Chris Falzone, a 14 year old student, whos been playing hockey for many years, suddenly began experiencing severe pain in his hip . What was first perceived as growing pains quickly turned into something much more severe. Chris was diagnosed with Non Hodgkins Mature B Cell Lymphoma, a bone cancer. Chris was fortunate it was detected early and his prognosis for a full recovery is promising. He recently completed chemotherapy and has started physical therapy. The road to recovery is long, the expenses are high, and the insurance has its limits. The Falzone family has incurred significant out of pocket medical expenses – Our goal is to raise $50,000 for this family. To date through various fundraising efforts we are approximately halfway there. Please help to further our cause by joining Chris, his family and friends for “Laugh 4 a Cause”, a family comedy show.
