COMPLAINT JUDGE CORBETT. MARCH 25, 2014. To [email protected],ldizgun@himprolaw Today at 3:48 PM Dear CJC: Included is an endorsement from Judge Corbett of the Ontario Superior Court 393 University Avenue. Judge Corbett refused and I am stating, refused absolutely to hear 1 word about Mr. Dizguns false representation of Rawbank. When I entered the court this morning, the judge stated that he had nothing from me, no response, no factum only material from Leslie Dizgun. This exact same action occurred with Judge Morawetz in Moorman vs. HSBC bank. This is no coincidence. My responding Motion Record and Factum were filed March 17, 2014 and I have stamped receipts from the court office. Judge Corbett said it did not matter if Albert Okitosombas Affidavit was fraudulent. It did not matter if Leslie Dizgun was and I am quoting you was paid by someone else. He stated Mr. Dizgun did not need to prove anything. Judge Corbett in his order says the same thing. He did not have the slightest concern in this regard. Pg. 2 of the endorsement. Judge Corbett ordered me to give responses only dealing with jurisdiction. Nothing else mattered. Selective responses only. How is this possible? Mr. Dizgun panicked after my Responding Motion Record was served on March 17, 2014. He produced 2 Supplementary Motion Records in three days, but had produced nothing in the 3 months prior. His Supplementary Affidavits were written with only 1 objective, to prove he represented Rawbank. They were totally fraudulent. Mr. Dizgun could not prove ANY connection to Rawbank whatsoever and the judge refused to discuss them. I am requesting an immediate investigation. The transcripts will prove the Judges corruption.
