COMUNICACIONES DEL PRESIDENTE DEL ECUADOR ERAN ESPIADAS English: PRESIDENT OF ECUADOR’S COMMUNICATIONS WERE WATCHED Diego Garcia, Public Prosecutor, said that Ecuadorian president’s talks have tried to be revealed as privileged information, the same information that has tried to manage Clever Jimenez, in irresponsibly and illegally way. Moreover, the prosecutor insisted that the Hoan Foley company has made suggestions on the award between Chevron and Ecuador, however, who is in charge of the defense is the Public Prosecutions Director’s Office. Diego Garcia expressed further that Chevron has two important arguments: one based on legal strategy and the other based on the constants attacks to discredit Ecuador. He also stated that efforts were made in order to use conversations between authorities, and that the countrys defense stopped this attempt.
