CONCERNING A POST I MADE ON THE RELEASE OF THE 486 PEOPLE HELD IN ABIA, BELOW ARE SOME CONCERNS FROM OUR BROTHERS IN THE SOUTH: Haniel Eke: Am very certain our relatives wont be moving in 30 something plus buses in the wee hours to look for jobs. To the best of my knowledge job seekers dont move in convoys. Thank God if they have been found innocent. The inconvenience they suffered is the sacrifice we have to make in this strange and trying times. Lets all be vigilant. The bombs dont discriminate. I can tell you for sure. Preye Aganaba: No body was moving in any 33 buses in a convoy ... that was just a big fat lie .. the buses were stopped at different times over the period ... at a popular junction, one at a time .. until they eventually stopped 33 buses ... mr Haniel Eke .. if u go to eleme round about by 7 am and start stopping buses going to phc from aba .. how many buses do u think will be apprehended by say 12 noon ... am sure over 200 buses .... so what if by 4pm they are all labelled kidnappers coming into phc in a convoy of 200 buses to cause havoc ..... do u know how much people have made from feeding those people illegally detained .... from the CO to the last officer in the chain ..... abeg lets put on our thinking caps .... Princewill Igenewari: Haniel Eke we cant keep hiding under our stupid emotions and sentiments while we carry out our ethnic prolifing. The Boko Haram terrorists are bloodsuckers and everyone should be careful. But to think that anyone from the north is a suspect is the dumbest anyone reasonable person should say. Terror is known all over the world and assumed that MOST of its suspects are Moslems. But that does make countries like the UK and US to profile Moslem who are citizens of their country. Security is best in the hands of Government and if they fail, the results can only be what we are seeing. What most of us are trying to do here in south is just a way of resorting to self help because the government have shown clearly they cant help. We most be careful the way we talk. You might not have relatives in the north but somehow your relatives, friends, colleagues might have people dear to them down in the north. Remember when most people go to Kano and Kanduna from the south, mostly Igbo traders they go in these big buses and in hundreds. Dont forget anything can also happen to them. We should rather pile the pressure on the government to do the necessary than fighting ourselves. There are millions of wonderful people in the north (maybe some do not know)we should seek caution When in our heads we see every northerner as a devil (boko haram). N/B obviously there are people up north with sympathy for these idiots but still we can do nothing if government do not do their best. IF YOU HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP THIS ISSUE, WHAT IS YOUR TAKE ON THE COMMENTS?
