CONSTITUENCY YOUTH ORGANIZERS OF NDC – ASHANTI REGION PRESS RELEASE – 29TH JUNE, 2014 SHOWING OUR PROFOUND GRATITUDE TO PRESIDENT JOHN MAHAMA We wish to express our appreciation to His Excellency President John Dramani Mahama for re-assigning Hon Joseph Yammin to his roots – Ashanti Region as a Deputy Minister. Our expectation was to have him serve in Ashanti Region but the President thought otherwise and appointed him to the Ministry of Youth and Sports last year. Hon. Yammin has always been a pillar for our Party in Ashanti Region and his comeback is refreshing news to the teeming Youth in the NDC. As the current Regional Secretary (Chief Executive) of our Party in Ashanti and former Parliamentary candidate for Kwadaso in 2004 and 2008, we know his contributions will help support the Regional Minister, Hon. Samuel Sarpong to deliver the 1 million votes for President John Mahama in 2016. Once again, we say thank you Mr President for making our wish come through; we also take this opportunity to congratulate Hon. Joseph Yammin for coming back Home.
