Experience in developing capital and operating expense budgets helpful -Economic Analysis – Ability to analyze project economics and provide support on small project economics using Decision Analysis and other analytical tools -Planning and Organizing – Ability to work on multiple assgnments and meet deadlines -Leadership – Ability to lead cross-functional teams in activities such as metrics report preparation -Ability to inspire commitment and trust. Demonstrates integrity, judgment and ethical behavior -Teamwork – Works effectively and cooperatively with others. Values each person’s skills, experience and perspectives. Volunteers time and knowledge to assist co-workers -Communication – Effectively expresses thoughts and ideas with customers, employees and partners. Strong English and Russian oral and written communication skills -Initiative – Must be a self starter -Cultural Sensitivity – Able to work in a multi-cultural environment. Understands the impact that a different culture has on the Company’s business activities.
