CORDITES - it is finally here! Canada East Regionals this weekend, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in Hall 5 at the International Centre near the airport. CrossFit Cordis is one of only 30 teams from the entire Canada East Region to have qualified through to this level of competition - a phenomenal accomplishment. Lets really get behind the Team of Courtney Bowman; Carlee Eusepi; Jennifer Beedham; Martha Wilson Knowles; Dru Gallagher; Cortez Ranieri; Liam Hope and Dave Pambianco and show them some Cordis LOVE. We are strongly urging all members to head down to the International centre and cheer these athletes and friends on - they will compete in the team events which take place each morning from 9:00-11:30am - Cordis will most probably be competing in the 9:00am and 10:20am Heats. The programming and WoDs will be both spectacular and exciting to watch! Wear your Cordis colours, bring your Cordis Hearts, make some Cordis noise…. Morning Classes are cancelled Friday/Saturday and Sunday - there will be a 5:30 and 6:30pm class on Friday. On the holiday Monday we will have one WoD at 10:00am
