CORE ACTION STEP: Begin a Real World Meditation Practice. Start to spend 5 minutes meditating within per day...on the subway, in the bathroom, before you get out of bed or before sleep, during a TV show commercial break, or at work just looking at your keyboard and reflecting inward. There are a million opportunities to get to know yourself and bust self-sabotage, and it doesnt always have to be in a peaceful place with a meditation cushion and an hour to spare...do what you can, and perhaps youll like it so much, youll do it more. xo!
