Description The Corporate Culture and Spirituality Conference is an annual event where leaders from the fields of business, governance, academia, civil society and faith-based organisations come together to engage in dialogue, network and explore business potentials and discover the benefits of emerging paradigms in leadership. It provides a platform for leading minds to share their experiences and expertise on the value of an ethics based approach, the impact of this approach on the bottomline and to enable business leaders to understand the integration of spiritual values in business practices. This edition of the CCS India will address new paradigms in business leadership, specficially the role of intuition in innovation and implementation. The sessions will also address the spiritual dimension of businesses, which can be a significant source of competitive advantage, both in terms of internal and external stakeholders. The genesis of the conference took place in 2003 at the International Art of Living Center in Bangalore and, after successful editions at the European Parliament in Brussels and in Singapore, this is the tenth edition in the series.
