COWERING IN A CORNER OR A CEMENT CELL !!!!! A litter of beautiful puppies at the Cleveland County Animal Control in Shelby , N.C. , is at risk of being destroyed. Though the puppies are young, they seem to know that they are in terrible danger. The puppies, referred to only by their tags, "28 29 30 31 32," are all considered to be urgent, and they are currently in the Facebook album, titled "Urgent."
