HCL COMNET - My experience in this company What are the main reasons for people to consider long careers in this organization? This is a Brand name and there are many branches of this tree, so any one can go to any branch of his/her choice. What are the main reasons because of which employees leave the organization? In HCl comnet salary level is very low. Employees who are on client side no one think for them. Annual appraisal is also very low. In today fast growing life where every thing is increasing very fast in HCL Comnet Salary rate is increasing very slowwwww... What does the company do to create a work environment which ensures employees are more productive and motivated? At first company have to think for them who are not onsite.Company have to make a plan that if the employee who are on client side ,there should be some who who listen their problem sincerely and resolve them immediately and make their career growth also. How good are the career opportunities for employees in your functional area? Career Opportunities is available here but in very slow rate. so many time due to that employee, after spending many long years in company they give resign at the time of his/her career growth. So company have to make some plan for that on every fix interval of time everyone will got his/her career growth.
