CPSF COMMUNICATION WITH MEMBERS, COMMUNITY AND SAPS 79. Well-structured communication channels or tools shall be established between the local sector policing role-player structures, the CSPF and the Hammanskraal police station in order to facilitate the overseeing function of the CPSF as determined by inter alia clause 6 of this constitution. 80. An exception to provide detailed crime information by the SAPS is acceptable in certain cases. In such cases, the Chairman of the CPSF should be briefed on the reasons. 81. Other means of communication may be achieved by means of: a. The circulation of minutes; b. Sending of bulk SMS’s; c. E-mail; d Notification on an approved internet site; and e Use of other communication media (Facebook page, crime reporting boards, flyers, local publications and a webpage).
