The provinces in CAR were raised to PSW signal 1 & 2, damages are expected in the sectors of agriculture and infra. No casualties incurred in CAR. Ty GLENDA is already out of PAR but will enhance the SW monsoon. Another weather disturbance is expected to enter PAR over the weekend.
