CRG AND PEX FOUR TIMES WINNERS OF THE GERMAN CHAMPIONSHIP CRG E PEX VINCONO PER LA QUARTA VOLTA IL CAMPIONATO TEDESCO CRG AND PEX FOUR TIMES WINNERS OF THE GERMAN CHAMPIONSHIP Jorrit Pex got a poker of wins in the KZ2 German Championship. The Dutch driver managed to win the fourth Championship in a row on CRG-Tm at the last round held in Genk, winning race-1 and getting on race-2s podium. Jorrit Pex on CRG-Tm run by team CRG Holland won the fourth KZ2 DKM German Championship in a row on the soaking wet circuit of Genk (Belgium), thanks to a stunning double podium. Pex claimed in fact a great win in the first Final and then a third place in race-2, scoring a result that highlighted the speed of the young Dutch driver as well as the winning qualities of a competitive chassis like CRGs. Jorrit Pex hit another success and made it four wins in a row in the DKM since the winning debut in 2011 on CRG-Maxter, success that was followed by two more titles in 2012 and 2013 on CRG-Tm. In this edition, he managed to close in on his main rival, Rick Dreezen on Zanardi, at the race held in Kerpen. Pex eventually pulled away in this final round of Genk thanks to series of bold performances. He set the pole position being 122 thousands quicker than Dreezen and scored a first and a second place in the two heats, which granted him race-1s pole position start. Two starts were needed in race one due to the chaos at the green lights. Pex got the lead straight away though and kept it all the way through the 19 laps of the final, pulling away despite the treacherous wet tarmac, while his rival Dreezen lost some positions and eventually had to retire. Pex settled then for P3 in the second race as he decided not to run unnecessary risks, finishing behind the two Dutch drivers Kremers and Geurts, while Dreezen collected another DNF that made him slip down to the fourth place of the final classification, falling also behind Puhakka and Kremers. Jorrit Pexs winning season in DKM 2014 came after the double second place at Ampfings opener, a double retirement in Wackersdorf where Davide Forè on CRG managed to win race-1, and two placings in Oschersleben, where Fabian Federer on CRG-Maxter scored a win and a second place. In Kerpen, Jorrit Pex hauled a victory and a second place that launched him on top of the classification equal on points with Dreezen, while a further victory and a third place in Genk declared him champion for the fourth time. CRG is present in the hall of fame of the German Championship started in 2007 with DSKM for KZ2 with 7 wins in 8 editions. In 2007, 2008 and 2009 Rick Dreezen got in fact the title on CRG-Maxter, in 2011 Jorrit Pex won on CRG-Maxter, and then in 2012, 2013 and 2014 Jorrit Pex won it again on CRG-Tm. Il pilota olandese su CRG-Tm è riuscito ad aggiudicarsi il campionato per la quarta volta consecutiva nell’ultima prova a Genk, con vittoria in gara-1 e podio in gara-2. Sull’asfalto bagnatissimo di Genk in Belgio, Jorrit Pex su CRG-Tm si è aggiudicato con il team CRG Holland per la quarta volta consecutiva il titolo nel Campionato Tedesco DKM in KZ2, con un doppio podio ineccepibile sulla pista belga al termine di una perentoria vittoria nella prima delle due finali e un terzo posto in gara-2, per un risultato che ha esaltato le qualità agonistiche del giovane pilota olandese e quelle vincenti di un telaio competitivo come CRG. E’ stato ancora un bel successo per Jorrit Pex, autore di quattro titoli consecutivi nel DKM conquistate dall’esordio vincente nel 2011 su CRG-Maxter agli altri due anni del 2012 e 2013 su CRG-Tm. In questa edizione, dopo aver raggiunto in classifica il suo maggior rivale Rick Dreezen su Zanardi nella scorsa gara di Kerpen, Pex è riuscito ad allungare in quest’ultima prova di Genk con una serie di prestazioni davvero maiuscole. Pole position in prova con 122 millesimi di secondo su Dreezen, e un primo e un secondo posto nelle due manches che gli hanno consentito di scattare in pole position in gara-1. Ci sono volute due partenze per dare via libera alla prima gara, dopo il caos al primo semaforo verde. Pex ha comunque conquistato subito la testa della corsa che ha poi mantenuto per tutti i 19 giri della finale, anzi via via ha aumentato il vantaggio sugli avversari nonostante l’asfalto viscido, mentre il suo rivale Dreezen perdeva posizioni fino ad essere costretto al ritiro. In gara-2 Pex si è accontentato del terzo posto senza prendersi inutili rischi, concludendo la finale alle spalle dei due olandesi Kremers e Geurts, mentre Dreezen è incappato in un altro ritiro che lo ha fatto retrocedere al quarto posto in campionato, alle spalle anche di Puhakka e Kremers. La stagione vincente di Jorrit Pex nel DKM 2014 è maturata con un doppio secondo posto nella gara d’apertura a Ampfing, un doppio ritiro a Wackersdorf dove Davide Forè su CRG era riuscito a conquistare la vittoria in gara-1, quindi due piazzamenti a Oschersleben dove Fabian Federer su CRG-Maxter aveva conquistato una vittoria e un secondo posto. Nella scorsa gara di Kerpen per Jorrit Pex è arrivata invece la vittoria e un secondo posto che lo ha proiettato in testa alla classifica a pari punti con Dreezen, mentre a Genk un’ulteriore vittoria e un terzo posto lo ha confermato campione per la quarta volta. Nell’albo d’oro del Campionato Tedesco, dal 2007 con l’inizio del DSKM per la KZ2, la CRG ha ottenuto 7 successi in 8 edizioni. Nel 2007, 2008 e 2009 sono arrivate le vittorie con Rick Dreezen su CRG-Maxter, nel 2011 con Jorrit Pex su CRG-Maxter, e quindi nel 2012, 2013 e 2014 ancora con Jorrit Pex su CRG-Tm.
