Hurry to save him tonight! ** A volunteer writes: I want you to want me, I need you to need me, Id love you to love me...after meeting Kenny I find these classic song lyrics running through my head, the poor guy is so eager for love and attention and while hes smiling on the outside, inside his broken heart aches for the comforts of home. Theres no one else quite like Kenny and his dual-colored eyes, cute freckled nose and slightly pointy head make for one uniquely good-looking dog. Hes so friendly and approachable, his wagging tail waves a welcome to everyone he meets and he cries pitifully whenever a new friend disappears from sight. A calm walker who knows to go as soon as we hit the street, he greets other dogs pleasantly and takes treats from my hand with a nice soft mouth too. Handsome Kenny must once have been someones pride and joy and though we may never know how he came to be abandoned, I can say with absolute certainty that hed just love to be part of a family again, preferably one who can spend lots of quality time with him as hes currently quite anxious when left all by himself.
